A: Yes, permits for Nathula Pass are included in the package. However, please note that the availability of permits is subject to government regulations and weather conditions. We will make every effort to secure the permits for you, but we cannot guarantee availability.

A: Our cancellation policy is as follows:

A non-refundable amount of 30% is applicable once the booking is made.
Cancellations made 30-15 days before check-in will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the total estimated bill.
Cancellations made 15-7 days before check-in will incur a cancellation charge of 75% of the total estimated bill.
Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will incur a cancellation charge of 100% of the total estimated bill.
